Shipping policy
Last updated: 28 August 2026
Thank you for shopping with Every Hustle Counts. This policy explains how orders placed through everyhustlecounts.co are processed, shipped and delivered. Shipping options, charges and estimated delivery information shown at checkout form part of this policy.
1. Where we ship
Our online store currently allows customers to select New Zealand, Australia and the United States as their country or region. Available delivery services may vary by destination, address and order. If checkout does not offer a shipping option for your address, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Order processing
Orders require processing before dispatch. Processing occurs on business days and excludes weekends and New Zealand public holidays. Processing may take longer during launches, promotions, peak periods, stock counts, severe weather or other unusually busy periods.
Pre-order, made-to-order, customised or limited-release products may have different processing timeframes. Any specific timeframe stated on the product page or order confirmation takes priority for that item.
Once an order has been handed to the delivery provider, the delivery period is controlled by that provider and the destination network.
3. Shipping charges and delivery estimates
Available shipping methods, charges and any delivery estimates are displayed at checkout before payment. Charges may depend on the destination, parcel size, weight, order value and service selected.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed arrival dates. They do not include order-processing time unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, public holidays, traffic disruption, remote-area services or events outside our reasonable control may occur.
4. Order confirmation and tracking
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation using the contact details supplied at checkout. Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent after dispatch. Tracking may take some time to update after the parcel is collected or scanned by the delivery provider.
Please check spam or junk folders if you do not receive an expected email. You are responsible for providing an active email address and phone number so we and the delivery provider can contact you if necessary.
5. Delivery addresses
Please check the recipient name, street address, suburb, city, postcode, country and contact details carefully before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If a parcel is delayed, redirected, lost or returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional shipping charges may apply. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by inaccurate information provided at checkout.
6. Authority to leave and unattended delivery
Some delivery services may allow authority to leave, safe-drop or delivery without a signature. If you select or authorise one of these options, responsibility for the parcel passes to you once the delivery provider records it as delivered at the nominated address, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Choose a secure delivery location and follow the delivery provider's instructions.
7. International orders, customs and duties
International orders may be inspected by customs and may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage charges or other government fees. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, the recipient is responsible for paying them.
Customs requirements and charges vary by country. We cannot predict or control them, and customs clearance may delay delivery. If charges are refused and the parcel is returned, any refund will be assessed after the parcel is received and may be reduced by unrecoverable shipping, return, customs or handling costs, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Split shipments
An order may occasionally be sent in more than one parcel. If this occurs, you may receive separate dispatch notices or tracking numbers. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because we choose to split an order after purchase.
9. Delayed, lost or missing parcels
If tracking has not updated, the estimated delivery period has passed, or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, first check the delivery address, safe locations around the property, household members, neighbours where appropriate, and any notice left by the delivery provider. Then contact the delivery provider using the tracking number.
If the issue remains unresolved, contact us through our website contact form with your order number and tracking details. We will make reasonable enquiries with the delivery provider. Carrier investigations can take time, and outcomes remain subject to the provider's investigation and applicable consumer law.
10. Damaged or incorrect deliveries
If a parcel arrives damaged, opened, incomplete or contains the wrong item, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Keep the packaging, delivery label and item, and provide clear photographs of the parcel and product so we can assess the issue and raise a claim where appropriate.
Do not discard damaged goods or packaging until we confirm what is required. Any remedy will be provided in accordance with our returns policy and applicable consumer law.
11. Unclaimed, refused or returned parcels
A parcel may be returned to us if delivery is refused, collection is not completed, the address is invalid, or the recipient cannot be contacted. We will contact you after the returned parcel is received. Redelivery may require payment of a new shipping charge. If a refund is agreed, original and return shipping costs that cannot be recovered may be deducted where permitted by law.
12. Changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has started. Orders that have already been dispatched must follow the applicable returns process.
13. Consumer guarantees
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights available under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.
14. Contact us
For shipping questions or delivery assistance, contact Every Hustle Counts through our website contact form. Include your order number and, where relevant, your tracking number. For privacy reasons, do not post full order or address details publicly on social media.
